Dining Room Server

The Hidden Wit Brewing Company is seeking professional, passionate and hospitality-minded Dining Room Servers to join our team! We strive to "enhance" traditional hospitality and restaurant models by taking care of our employees, guests, and community. Job Summary: To be successful in this position you need to have a knowledge and experience with dining room service along with bar service including beer, wine and mixed beverages. Candidates will need to have experience with fast-paced hospitality environments and a commiment to a high quality guest experience. We are looking for team members who can enhance other team members and encourage peer staff progression in a professional and positive culture. You must be passionate about creating an outstanding guest experience. We are seeking candidates who choose high standards as a personal and professional way to grow in their career and life.

What we need from you:

• 1-2 years minimum hospitality experience in a full-service, high volume setting.
• 1-2 years minimum experience with Banquet and/or Catering Services are a plus but not required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to be a supportive team member and follow our company's mission and core values.
• Core Capabilities: Guest Service, Up-Beat and Positive Outlook, Can-Do Attitude
• Impeccable attention to detail with a focus on anticipating guests' needs.
• Intense Focus on Facility Cleanliness and Organization.
• Proficient in Point-of-Sale Systems including Microsoft Applications and other web-based applications.
• Great enthusiasm and attitude.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
